16S rRNA custom database derived from RDP (release 11, update 5) containing only high quality, classified sequences from bacterial isolates. Titles of the sequences are renamed according to taxonomy of each isolate. <br>After building a database by makeblastdb command, this can be used for BLASTing community data.Database created 01/18.<br>
