This dataset contains the raw computational simulation data supporting the findings of "Zero Operator Theory (ZOT): Theory of Origins v1.2.7". The data validates the Data-Driven Axiomatic Refinements proposed in the theory, specifically focusing on Macroscopic GHZ states ($N=4$ to $N=12$), Discrete Time Crystals (DTC) in Rydberg atoms, and the identification of Primordial Frequencies ($c \approx 0.1325$). Methodology:The simulations were performed using a custom ZOT Kernel integrated with QuTiP 5.0 and JAX 0.4 for open quantum system dynamics.
