Supporting computational dataset for Leishmania donovani Prolidase

This dataset contains the computational files generated and used during this study, including protein sequence file, structural models, molecular docking ouput files, molecular dynamics simulation input and topology files. These data have been deposited to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the computational workflow. The dataset is currently under embargo while the associated manuscript is under peer review and will be made publicly available upon publication.
