The raw ATAC_seq data Overall design: Each sample contains 50 oocytes collected from mated female mice at 44 hours after PMSG injection. Oocytes were washed with DNase/RNase-free 0.01% BSA and collected in DNA-lowing binding tubes. Lysis buffer (0.05% digitonin, 0.5% NP-40, and 0.5% Tween20) were added immediately after sample collection.
