The chloroplast genome analysis of Saussurea seoulensis Nakai 1911

To analyze the genetic diversity of the Seoul heritage plant, Saussurea seoulensis Nakai 1911, and to accurately identify the species, we perform a whole genome analysis of chloroplast genes used for plant phylogeny to utilize them for plant identification, classification, and identification of differences between ecological equivalents.
