Surface reflectance data are important and basic for many remote sensing applications. At present, the Landsat preprocessing usually foucses on atmospheric correction and ignores the effects of terrain. Therefore, we simultaneously used the topographical C-correction model and MODIS-based atmospheric correction method to eliminate the effects of terrain and atmosphere for approximate 6500 Landsat imagery over China in 2015
