Bulk RNA sequencing for gene expression profileing of primary liver sinusoidal endothelial cells and iPSC-derived hepatic endoderm, septum mesenchymal cells, endothelial cells, and liver bud organoids

We performed bulk RNA-seq analysis to compare the expression of differentiation markers, angiocrine factor, and coagulation-associated genes and to analyze intercellular communication. Total RNAs for sequence library preparation were obtained from differentiated cells in iPSC-derived stepwise 2D differentiation, primary LSECs, and liver bud organoids dissociated into single cells.
