Succession of Microcystis genotypes accompanies different microbial modules with recurrent patterns

To elucidate the co-occurrence patterns between producers, consumers, and decomposers in aquatic ecosystem during cyanobacterial harmful algal blooms, we analysis microbial network and modular structure using high-throughput sequencing of the Cyanobacteria (16S), including genotypes of Microcystis (cpcBA gene), heterotrophic bacteria (16S), and eukaryote (18S).
