Genome sequencing of Paenirhodobacter sp. MME-103. Paenirhodobacter sp. MME-103

The genomic data of Paenirhodobacter sp. MME-103 beloning to the family Rhodobacteriaceae of the phylum Proteobacteria, were obtained using the MiSeq platform. The draft genome of Paenirhodobacter sp. MME-103 contains 3,797,065 bp. Detailed genomic analyses and comparative studies with other bacterial genomes will give further information and insight into the metabolism of bacterial species.
