Survey_Type: This field indicates if the site’s submitted data corresponds to Child Care/Preschool students, Kindergarten students, or K-12 students (“School”) (character). Vaccine: This field indicates the vaccine type (character). Metric: This field indicates the vaccination status category. Values include Fully Immunized, In Process, Incomplete Record, Medical Exemption, No Record, Nonmedical Exemption, and Summary Compliant (character). Value_Percent: This field indicates the vaccination status rate (numeric). Enrollment: This field indicates the total enrollment. Enrollment for the Tdap vaccine includes grades 6 through 12 (numeric).
