AureoWiki

AureoWiki is the first tool to support curated annotation especially of S.aureus biological entities in a Wiki based and community driven fashion. At the currently available and initial state AureoWiki provides information for a first draft of the S. aureus pan genome. Furthermore information on S. aureus strains COL, NCTC8325 (HG001), N315, Newman and USA300_FPR3757 is provided.AureoWiki是首款支持针对金黄色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureus，简称S. aureus）生物实体进行人工精选注释（curated annotation）的工具，其采用基于维基平台、社区驱动的运行模式。在当前的初始版本中，AureoWiki已收录金黄色葡萄球菌泛基因组（pan genome）初稿的相关信息。此外，该工具还提供了COL、NCTC8325（HG001）、N315、Newman及USA300_FPR3757菌株的相关数据。
