Boar dataset

The provided dataset includes the genotype and phenotype dataset of sire and damline boars born between 2011 and 2023. The SNP locations of the genotype data have been randomly shuffled, and the phenotype is Z-score normalized. The dataset belongs to Topigs Norsvin, and therefore, it is mandatory to acknowledge them if the dataset is used for research purposes.
