Additional file 6: Table S5. Count of c-di-GMP-associated genes on chromosomes and plasmids. The primary chromosome is defined as the largest replicon of a genome. A "c" at the start of a column name indicates information regarding the chromosome while "p" indicates plasmids. Blue coloration indicates those genomes that have c di GMP-associated genes on secondary chromosomes or extrachromosomal replicons.
