Extracted Measurements Data for submission titled "Feeding rate in adult Manduca sexta is unaffected by proboscis submergence depth"This repository contains the measurements extracted from the video files analyzed in the mentioned paper in a .JSON format along with a copy of the code used to convert from the extracted measurements into the figures used in the mentioned paper.The script aggregate_figures.py will generate the figures from the measurements in meniscus_measurements.json and proboscis_measurements3-net.json which contain measurements of the different video recordings of moth feeding bouts used in the analysis in the mentioned paper. The script expects the two input files to be in the same directory as itself.Also carried here is the real_unit_convert.py script which converts from pixel units to real-world units and the unit_convert_table.csv file that enables conversion of pixel measurements to real world measurements, and their dependencies on the cine.py script and underlying dynamic library.For the complete suite of software related to the project please see the FigShare repository containing it in this project or the GitHub repository at https://github.com/Tomas-Pierce-at-UNC/MothDrinks.
