HPRC Minigraph-Cactus pangenome (PRSS1/PRSS2 and PRSS3 loci, combined) with vg giraffe indexes

This dataset provides a pre-built pangenome graph and associated vg giraffe and vg surject indexes for the PRSS1/PRSS2 (chr7) and PRSS3 (chr9) loci. The graph was constructed by combining two HPRC Minigraph-Cactus subgraphs. These precomputed indexes enable users to perform short-read alignment directly against the graph without the need for re-indexing. Indexes were generated using vg v1.69.0.
