HOPE is a dynamic preservation method to attenuate IRI in DCD liver. In a rat model of DCD liver, the protective mechanism of HOPE is probably by promoting mitophagy flux in response to hypoxia-ischemic injury. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different groups in DCD liver. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for rat DCD livers (WI30min, SCS4h,HMP1h and HOPE1h).
