This dataset is solar wind ions radial velocity observed by MINPA instrument onboard Tianwen-1 mission during its transfer orbit from Earth to Mars. MINPA give phase space density of solar wind ions from 2021-11-01 to 2021-01-25. We find the energy of the phase space density peak along energy, and get the velocity according to the energy. The time resolution of origin MINPA observation is 4s and we smooth the result to get the 1 hour resolution data. The velocity data changing excessively was removed because there are not enough counts and have huge errors.
