Dengue virus NS1 Binds Ephrin B1 to Trigger Endothelial Dysfunction.

This dataset contains the raw data supporting all main and supplementary figures used in the manuscript "Dengue virus NS1 Binds Ephrin B1 to Trigger Endothelial Dysfunction" preprinted on bioRxiv. In this study, we identified the host protein ephrin B1 as an interaction partner of dengue virus non-structural protein 1. Through genetic approaches we showed that ephrin B1 signaling is important for NS1-mediated endothelial dysfunction. Further, we demonstrated through biochemical and computational approaches that NS1 and EFNB1 can interact via the beta ladder and wing domain on NS1. Finally, we showed that an EFNB1 receptor binding domain Fc fusion protein can prevent NS1-mediated endothelial dysfunction and vascular leak.
