本数据集面向教育大模型研发团队、法律科技企业及法律培训机构，旨在解决法考备考中法条理解困难、案例推理能力不足等痛点。基于法律职业资格考试大纲，将历年真题转化为思维链推理样本，系统覆盖民法、刑法、行政法、诉讼法等核心部门法，聚焦法律适用、证据分析、法律推理等关键能力维度。

通过思维链训练，可提升模型在法律条文解读、案例推理分析、法律逻辑判断等方面的专业能力。与传统法考题库不同，本数据集将每个案例中的法律关系识别、法条援引、构成要件比对及结论形成过程逐一展开。

This dataset is tailored for R&D teams of educational large language models (LLMs), legal technology enterprises and legal training institutions, aiming to address core pain points in National Legal Professional Qualification Examination preparation, including difficulties in understanding legal provisions and insufficient case reasoning abilities.
Based on the syllabus of the National Legal Professional Qualification Examination, this dataset converts past official exam questions into chain-of-thought (CoT) reasoning samples, comprehensively covering core substantive laws such as civil law, criminal law, administrative law and procedural law, and focusing on key competency dimensions including application of law, evidence analysis and legal reasoning.
By leveraging the chain-of-thought training samples provided herein, the professional capabilities of models in legal provision interpretation, case reasoning and analysis, and legal logical judgment can be effectively enhanced.
Unlike traditional National Legal Professional Qualification Examination question banks, this dataset elaborates step-by-step the entire processes of legal relationship identification, legal provision citation, constitutive requirement comparison and conclusion formation for each individual case.
