QTLdb

QTLdb is an improved database tool for livestock animal QTL/association data dissemination in the post-genome era. It collects all publicly available trait mapping data, i.e. QTL (phenotype/expression, eQTL), candidate gene and association data (GWAS), copy number variations (CNV), etc. mapped to livestock animal genomes, aimed to facilitate locating and comparing discoveries within and between species. Tools are continually developed to align these trait mapping data to genome features such as annotated genes.QTLdb（Quantitative Trait Locus Database）是后基因组时代用于畜禽数量性状基因座（Quantitative Trait Locus, QTL）与关联数据传播的优化型数据库工具。该库收录了所有公开可用的性状定位数据，包括锚定至畜禽基因组的QTL（表型/表达型QTL，eQTL）、候选基因及关联分析数据（全基因组关联研究，Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）、拷贝数变异（Copy Number Variation, CNV）等，旨在助力跨物种及物种内部的研究发现定位与比较分析。研究团队持续开发相关工具，以将上述性状定位数据与注释基因等基因组特征进行比对整合。
