资源简介:
Proteomic profiles of 91 cardiovascular disease proteins were measured in the blood of psoriasis patients both before and after treatment with tofacitanib or etanercept. These proteomic profiles were used to develop statistical classifiers for predicting PASI75 responses to tofacitinib and etancercept A cohort of 266 psoriasis patients used in this study (Table1) was randomly selected from a phase-3 clinical trial comparing efficacy of tofacitinib 10 mg QD and etanercept 50 mg BIW for the treatment of moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT01241591) (Bachelez et al., 2015), 30% of non-responders were taken from each group.
