Data on antibacterial and antibiofilm effects of natural phytochemicals and preservatives

The dataset (Raw Data) contains results obtained during a project funded by the National Science Centre, Poland [Grant number 2022/45/B/NZ9/00299 (OPUS-23)]. The data provided for Figures 1 through 5 were obtained during the project. The results constituting Fig. 1 are also part of the BA thesis. The data related to the free energy of adhesion between L. monocytogenes and various surfaces (Table 1) were collected during the authors' internship at the University of Porto. This internship was co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund (Operational Program Knowledge Education Development) and was conducted as part of the Development Program at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (POWR.03.05.00-00-Z310/17). This portion of the work was supported by Base Funding (LA/P/0045/2020 (ALiCE), UIDB/00511/2020, and UIDP/00511/2020 (LEPABE)), funded by national funds through [FCT/MCTES (PIDDAC)].The Dataset Nisin LM contains results obtrained during the same project [Grant number 2022/45/B/NZ9/00299 (OPUS-23)] and concerns the impact of nisin on growth inhibition and biofilm formation capacity of Listeria monocytogenes.
