Targeted arachidonic acid metabolomics dataset associated with FGF21 deficiency and FGF21 restoration in HFD-induced steatotic liver disease

This dataset contains processed targeted arachidonic acid metabolomics data generated from liver and serum samples collected from mouse models of HFD-induced steatotic liver disease. Two independent experimental cohorts are included: (1) FGF21 deficiency cohort:WT-STC, WT-HFD, FGF21KO-STC, and FGF21KO-HFD. (2) FGF21 restoration cohort:FGF21KO-STC-AAV-GFP, FGF21KO-HFD-AAV-GFP, FGF21KO-STC-AAV-FGF21, and FGF21KO-HFD-AAV-FGF21. Targeted LC-MS/MS analysis was performed to quantify arachidonic acid and downstream metabolites from the CYP, LOX, and COX pathways. The deposited files include the processed metabolite abundance matrix, sample metadata, and documentation required for interpretation of the dataset.
