Characteristics and influencing factors of microbial communities in the sediments of Eling Lake and Zhaling Lake

To analyse the characteristics of microbial community composition and the relationship between microorganisms and environmental factors in Eling Lake and Zhaling Lake. Macrogenome sequencing technology was used to investigate the composition and diversity of microbial communities and their influencing factors in the bottom sediments of Eling Lake and Zhaling Lake from the perspectives of species annotation and abundance, diversity indices and environmental factors.
