Eight-probe Neuropixels recordings during spontaneous behaviors

Eight-probe Neuropixels recordings in three mice of spontaneous activity. <br>Each spks*.mat file is a struct with each entry being a different probe. For probe k, the spike times are spks(k).st and the cluster identity of each spike is spks(k).clu. The height of each cluster on the probe is given by spks(k).Wheights.<br>The locations of the probes in the brain are given in "probeLocations.mat".<br>Videos of the faces of the mice were also recorded, and the compressed SVDs of the face movies are in "mousename_face_proc.mat" along with timestamps to align to the neural activity. <br>See https://github.com/MouseLand/stringer-pachitariu-et-al-2018a for processing scripts, particularly "alignFaces30Hz.m" which bins the spikes at 30Hz and assigns each cluster to a brain region and extracts timestamps for behavior and spiking. To use the processing scripts, put all the extracted files into the same folder and specify it as "ephysroot" in "processData.m".
