Supplementary Code for paper Phase-separated Droplets Can Direct Chemical Reaction Kinetics of Polymerization, Self-replication and Oscillating Networks (ChemSysChem). A numerical ODE based model is included to study how coacervate droplets can influence reaction rates, polymer length distributions, chemical self-replicators and the behavior of oscillatory networks, providing insights into their potential roles in both prebiotic chemistry and biological systems.
