Donor-aware mitochondrial transcriptomic reanalysis across autism postmortem brain and neurodevelopmental models

Reproducibility package for a donor-aware analysis of mitochondrial transcriptional modules in autism postmortem brain and neurodevelopmental models. The deposit contains analysis and plotting code, frozen sample maps, accession-level selection decisions, a retrospective GEO search snapshot, candidate-dataset, specification, influence, covariate, updated-search, and independent single-cell clustering sensitivities, parameter and environment files, author-generated processed results, supplementary tables, and source data for the frozen main and supplementary figures. Third-party source datasets are not redistributed; accession numbers, exact source URLs, expected file sizes, SHA-256 checksums, and a verified download script are provided. Version 2.0.1 corrects the eligibility classification of GSE59288. That accession contains 34 Homo sapiens ASD samples and 39 Pan troglodytes samples but no human controls; it is excluded from pooled ASD-control analyses. The valid current all-eligible analysis is the original five datasets plus GSE269105 (six datasets, 128 samples). Selection files, executable scripts, processed outputs, the manuscript snapshot, supplementary tables, and integrity manifests were updated consistently.
