Genome-wide analysis of H3K27me3 in Brassica rapa

In this work we obtained the genome-wide profile of the epigenetic mark H3K27me3 in B. rapa. We performed chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by high-throughput sequencing (ChIP-seq) from leaves and inflorescences. To correlate histone methylation and gene expression levels, RNA from the same plant organs was extracted and we performed 3’-end RNA sequencing (3’RNA-seq).
