Hypoxia vs normoxia in 143B cells engineered to produce bacterial electron transport molecule. Homo sapiens

This RNA-seq experiment describes the transcriptomic effects of hypoxia in human cell lines engineered to produce a bacterial electron transport molecule, compared to wild-type cells with a normal electron transport chain. Both cell lines were cultured under normoxic conditions before being subjected to hypoxic conditions. RNA was extracted from cells both in normoxic conditions and post-hypoxia exposure.
