Dataset for the Southampton doctoral thesis 'Factors influencing midwives' views and decisions about outpatient induction of labour'

Indications for induction of labour between July 2015 and June 2018 are included in the data file IOL_indications.csv. Characteristics of those eligible for OPIOL are provided in the file eligible_for_OPIOL.csv. Clinical outcomes of women who commenced the OPIOL pathway are provided in offered_and_accepted_OPIOL.csv. Six interview transcripts are also included, transcribed from audio recordings into Microsoft Word. Participant information and consent forms have also been included.
