Multi-region and single-cell sequencing reveal variable genomic heterogeneity in rectal cancer

We sequenced 9 multiple tumor regions and 88 single cells from two patients under the same molecular classification of rectal cancer, characterizing their mutation profiles and somatic copy number alterations from the regional to the single-cell level.
