资源简介:
This dataset and accompanying R code focus on research related to tree growth and seed dispersal in forest ecosystems, providing critical data support and analytical tools for an in-depth understanding of forest ecological processes.
The dataset comprises several key components: "Species composition and PGT distribution" records the species composition in the study area and the distribution of pair-growing trees (PGTs), which form the basis for exploring the structural characteristics of forest communities. "PGT colonization time" measures the colonization time of PGTs, facilitating the tracing of the initial growth stages of trees and the analysis of their temporal sequence in forest succession. "Health status of PGTs and SGTs" monitors the health conditions of PGTs and single-growing trees (SGTs) in detail, reflecting differences in the survival status of trees under different growth patterns. "Germination rate and seedling height of Arabidopsis thaliana" determines the germination rate and seedling height of Arabidopsis thaliana, which is used to study the impact of soil factors on early plant growth.
