资源简介:
In a healthy intestine, the composition of intestinal bacteria (anaerobes and facultative anaerobes) is in balance with the host cell physiology. Changes in the composition of the gut microbiome during disease include a decrease in microbial diversity and the expansion of facultative anaerobes. we hypothesized that perinatal tissue (umbilical cord and placenta) derived exosomes ameliorates dextran sodium sulfate-induced colitis. Thus, we compare the therapeutic effects of two perinatal tissues on mice colitis. We explore the mechanism of exosomes derived from MSC to improve the pathology of colitis. We try to explain the interaction between intestinal microbiota and exosomes by the regulation of inflammation, and provide a new method for the treatment of colitis.
