High-resolution (1 km) surface Maximum Daily Average 8-hour (MDA8) ozone dataset over the continental USA from 2003 to 2024. The dataset is downscaled from Copernicus Atmospheric Monitoring Service (CAMS) reanalysis using deep learning, with fine-scale features representing local ozone precursors from anthropogenic and biogenic sources.
