The data related to the selection of fermentation broth compositions included the analysis of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the tested media. Particular attention was paid to the content of carbon and nitrogen sources, mineral components, and other nutrients that may affect microbial growth and the efficiency of the fermentation process.
The selection of broth compositions was based on comparing different variants in terms of their suitability for microbial metabolism and their ability to support the production of the desired metabolites. Experimental data made it possible to identify the most favorable combinations of components, ensuring both proper microorganism development and optimal fermentation performance.
