These datasets were generated within the PRISMA project (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Grant Agreement No. 101110615) are part of the publication on the occcurrence of mycotoxins in meat alternatives: dietary exposure, potential health risks, and burden of disease (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.envint.2024.108537). The datasets present the LC-MS/MS method characterization, mixtures of mycotoxins found in plant-based meat alternatives, estimated daily intakes to mycotoxins, risk characterization, and potential risk of liver cancer due tu exposure to aflatoxin B1.
