scisus/picolaDataClimate: temperature data for seed orchard sites and lodgepole pine provenances in British Columbia

This package contains temperature data for lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta ssp. latifolia) seed orchard sites plus two northern comparison sites, all in British Columbia. Temperature data is also included for the provenances of some of the genotypes in those seed orchards. Daily data covers 1945-2012 and normal periods cover 1921-2100.For more information on sites and genotypes, see picolaDataFlowering.This dataset was developed as part of the thesis Countergradient variation in lodgepole pine flowering phenology (2025).
