dataset is a part of Lauren Koiter’s M.Sc. Thesis through the University of
Waterloo Department of Biology. The thesis is researching the effects of
glyphosate on the bacteria and archaea community composition of freshwater
biofilms in North America. Full information on the materials and methods used
