Epigenomics and transcriptomics of the mouse livers during the progression of obesity

We applied a trans-omic analysis to the metabolic changes in the liver during the progression of obesity over 15 weeks, inferring the regulation between the layers. We constructed a trans-omic network across six omics datasets from five omics layers (epigenome, transcriptome, proteome, phospho-proteome, and metabolome) and assessed pathway-dependent characteristics.
