Protein sequences for Orthofinder input

This zip file contains all the protein sequences that were used for input into Orthofinder. These sequences were exported from Agalma after the 'treeinform' step. Code used to generate this file can be found here: https://github.com/dunnlab/Siphonophore_Expression

These sequences can be used in conjunction with local blast databases to further understand the results obtained with comparative analyses of gene expression.
