ECLIPSE WP2 phage probes development

The dataset is related to the probe development of bait phages probes for the selective detection of specific bacteria, viruses, and parasites in WP2. In particular, the phage probes are LI2, LI5 and LI6 for the recognition of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, S-alpha for the recognition of SARS-CoV-2, and LEI1 for the recognition of Leishmania infantum. The data includes the descriptions of selective peptide sequences expressed by all clone phages. These data have been used in Wp4 and they are essential for the preparation of magnetic beads for the biochip for microorganims detection and useful for all the researchers.
