This dataset is specifically constructed for training the MicroMajor-2B-AIAppTech micro-specialty model, covering 5 core course areas of the Artificial Intelligence Application Technology micro-specialty. It contains 14,109 high-quality Q&A data, each with a deep reasoning chain and final answer. The data sources include multiple Hugging Face public datasets, and the data is processed through keyword classification filtering and knowledge distillation. The data format includes three fields: question, thinking, and answer.
