Dataset Stunting untuk daerah 3T

This dataset contains rich and comprehensive longitudinal information related to the monitoring of child growth across administrative levels ranging from community health centers (puskesmas), villages (desa), to integrated health posts (posyandu). Each row of data represents a monthly anthropometric measurement record of toddlers, including unique child identification variables, measurement dates, age in months, sex, and basic physical measurements such as weight, height/length, upper arm circumference (MUAC), as well as birth weight and length history (low birth weight and short birth length status). In addition, standardized international child growth health indicators such as Height-for-Age Z-score (HAZ), Weight-for-Age Z-score (WAZ), and Weight-for-Height Z-score (WHZ) are also provided. From an analytical and predictive modeling standpoint, this dataset is deeply structured to support an early warning system. This is evidenced by the inclusion of complex derived features, such as changes or differences in measurements over time (delta haz, delta waz, delta whz), monthly growth rates for both height and weight, child weight gain status based on growth charts (naik_bb_N, naik_bb_T, etc.), and historical nutritional status records (pernah_stunting_sebelumnya). Regional historical features, such as stunting prevalence at the posyandu, village, and puskesmas levels in the previous month, are also embedded to capture spatial and environmental risk factors surrounding the child.
