The folder "Sliding_Windows_50kb. trees" contains all the gene trees that based on the 50 KB sliding window. The folder "ASTRAL_results.tre" contains ASTRAL-III species trees for all gene trees. The folder "SNAPP_results.rar" contains the XML input file for the SNAPP analysis and species trees for each dataset. The folder "SVDquartets_results.rar" contains the NEXUS input file for the SVDquartets analysis and species trees for each dataset. The folder "RAxML_bestTrees_inputQUIBL.rar" contains RAxML consensus trees and QUIBL analysis results. The folder "Removed_P_orleans_inputIQTREE_besttree.rar" contains consensus trees based on each dataset removing the species of P_orleans.
