Lipid metabolism and antioxidant system contributed to salt salinity tolerance induced by Na+ accumulation in halophytic grass seashore paspalum Overall design: Two-month-old plants were treated with 400 mM NaCl or water as a control for 8, 12, 24, or 48 h or 5 days before harvesting tissues. Total RNAs were isolated from leaves with three biological replicates at each stress stage.
