The goal of this study is to identify the mechanism underlying the notion that loss of cohesin complex could sensitize tumor cells to anti-PD-1 therapy. Overall design: mRNA profiles of WT, NIPBL Knockout, SMC1A knockdown HCT116 cells and WT, Nipbl knockout, Stag2 knockout CT26 cells were detected by RNA-Sequencing. Duplicate for each knockout or knockdown group.
