2019年太平洋台风季第9个风暴“利奇马”于8月4日获得日本气象厅命名,8月10日“利奇马”登陆中国浙江省温岭市,其时中心附近最大风力为16级,成为2019年登陆中国的最强台风,在中国境内共造成1402.4万人受灾,直接经济损失达537.2亿元人民币。本数据集基于“利奇马”台风-暴雨-洪涝灾害全链路监测,以Sentinel-1A数据为依据,获取“利奇马”洪水淹没空间分布数据集,为此次台风-暴雨-洪涝灾害的防灾减灾工作提供科学支撑和理论依据。
The 9th storm of the 2019 Pacific Typhoon Season, "Lekima", was named by the Japan Meteorological Agency on August 4, 2019. On August 10, Lekima made landfall in Wenling City, Zhejiang Province, China, with maximum near-center winds reaching Force 16. It became the strongest typhoon to make landfall in China in 2019, causing a total of 14.024 million people to be affected by the disaster and direct economic losses amounting to 53.72 billion RMB within Chinese territory. This dataset is constructed based on the full-chain monitoring of the Lekima typhoon-rainstorm-flood disaster event, and derives the spatial distribution dataset of flood inundation caused by Lekima using Sentinel-1A data as the core data source. It provides scientific support and theoretical basis for the disaster prevention, mitigation and relief work of this typhoon-rainstorm-flood disaster.
