This sequence is related to microbiome shift of sprouts during growth using 16S rRNA sequencing. Growth stages were set by following the actual manufacturing plant and downsized to a laboratory scale. Alfalfa, radish, and rapeseed samples were collected from each stage of production and subjected to microbiome analysis. The results can provide novel information about bacterial change during sprout production.
