资源简介:
Using two independent mouse models, this study aims to clarify how chronic colitis affects cardiac function and to characterize the associated molecular reprogramming. Furthermore, we investigate whether restoring gut microbiota symbiosis through therapeutic fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) can ameliorate colitis-associated cardiac dysfunction. Tables included in this dataset are: Table S1. Primers for SYBR Green-based RT-qPCR. Table S2. Primary antibodies used for Western blot. Table S3. Cardiac genes significantly altered by DSS. Table S4. All significantly enriched signaling pathways identified by KEGG enrichment analysis (all DEGs, DSS vs. control). Table S5. All significantly enriched biological processes identified by GO enrichment analysis (all DEGs, DSS vs. control). Table S6. Cardiac genes significantly altered in Il10-/- mice. Table S7. All significantly enriched signaling pathways identified by KEGG enrichment analysis (all DEGs, Il10-/- vs. WT). Table S8. Significantly enriched biological processes identified by GO enrichment analysis (all DEGs, Il10-/- vs. WT). Table S9. Cardiac genes significantly altered by fecal microbiota transplantation in Il10-/- mice. Table S10. Top 10 enriched KEGG pathways (all DEGs, Il10-/-+FMT vs Il10-/-). Table S11. Significantly enriched biological processes identified by GO enrichment analysis (all DEGs, Il10-/-+FMT vs. Il10-/-).
