Data for From sewage to shoreline: Tracing antibiotic resistance gene trends through tropical island wastewater treatment pathways

This repository contains the following datasets: resistome dataset exposome dataset heavy metals dataset metadata dataset mircobiome genus dataset Here is a description of each dataset: The resistome dataset contains the following columns : "location", "continuum", "week" and the columns for each ARG relative abundance. There are 3 continuums "Hospital Continuum", "Domestic continuum" and "Touristic continuum". The exposome, heavy metals and metadata contain the following columns common columns: "sampling point" (a unique identification for each sampling point), "campaign" (referring to the sampling campaign), "week" (week of sampling). The microbiome dataset contains the relative abundance at the genus level for each sampling point. Here the sampling points have the following signification: (CHU -> Hospital Sewage), (EJ -> Hospital Influent), (SJ -> Hospital Effluent), (OJ -> Hospital Ocean), (PRSG -> Hotel Sewage), (EG -> Touristic Influent), (SG: -> Touristic Effluent), (MgG -> Touristic Mangrove), (ELA -> Domestic Influent), (SLA -> Domestic Effluent), (MgLA -> Domestic Mangrove).
